Saving small business assets through personal bankruptcy? - medical office furniture
I have a small business ... owner .... I did register the personal bankruptcy ... The bulk of the debts of credit cards and medical expenses. Can I use my company's assets (my computer and other items are exempt from Chapter 7, but no office furniture that exceeds the personal exemption), if I convert to a company for a few months before the presentation?
