I'm 20, I do not remember CBT ready to assure you that reside in East London.
Well, I have a budget for the year 2002 SYM SHARK 125cc scooter and was £ 1500 per year. I thought they were pretty cheap to insure, or atleast cheaper than a car!

You're young, and a new control, the absolutely bloody awful insurance premiums. Nothing is cheap for its age. Are you a boy? Cos that they feel worse. CBT also automatically "ineperienced that are bad. And you live in London, which is very, very bad because all the 125S received scores in London. My brother had to pay higher premiums, cos no doubt that was a very nice Aprilia . But it 3rd party, no chance of fire and theft.
My suggestion to you is to make sure that your bike is in a coffin made of steel and concrete basement with several locks locked each night, preferably with armed guards. 125S are so easy to steal and the demand is very high, it takes everyone I know who have finished in their proper motorcycle license because of a real bike for half an hour before the pinch.
